The role of the Plasterer will involve entering social housing properties carrying out Plastering works on kitchens and bathrooms before and after other trades have carried out works, mainly:
Ideally needs to be a ready made Senior Quantity Surveyor or MQS with response maintence QS experience and some people responsibilities/ senior/managing type of level .

You will be dealing with a mixed caseload of Residential and Commercial Property Claims, ranging from £20k up to £1million.
You'll carry out initial visits and assess damage to a high professional standard, help establish and agree the defect diagnosis, then progress ensuing all Planning, Building Regulations Party Wall and CDM issues are addressed and that work is carried out to a high standard.
