The role of the Carpenter - Fire Doors will involve:
- Carpenter position dealing with the installation and maintenance of fire doors and doorsets
- Working alongside passive fire installer in the main but may be required to work independently
- Attending site inductions and adhering to all health and safety information
- Capture and report on all completed works
- Ensuring your van is loaded and fully stocked up to complete installations without delay
- Double checking all measurements are correct before starting the installation
- Will be working on sites for projects valuing £70,000 to £1,000,000
The ideal applicant will be a Carpenter - Fire Doors with:
- Must have experience working as a Carpenter fitting fire doors and carrying out fire door maintenance
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in joinery or other relevant trade
- CSCS card
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High levels of organisation and attention to detail
- Full UK driving license
