As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for developing complex contract cost models for high-value projects, as well as measuring, validating, and authorising monthly valuations / payments, collecting data, controlling project costs, and developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
The successful candidate will have a strong Quantity Surveying background in the infrastructure / construction industry, experience in developing project procurement strategies and tender documentation, expertise in cost reconciliation processes and cost control measures, end to end knowledge on the pre-contract side, and experience working on high-value projects.
