We are looking for an experience Multi-trader to join a planned works team in Reading.
What you will receive:
- £22 per hour
- Company van and fuel card
- Weekly pay
- 08:00-17:00 MONDAY-THURSDAY
- 08:00-16:00 FRIDAY
Purpose for the Multi-trader Role:
- Responsible for fitting bathrooms and kitchens as a part of the planned works division.
- Working in tenanted homes
- Making sure work is done to company standards
- Carpentry
- Plumbing
- Tiling
- Vinyl flooring
Key Accountabilities for the Multi-trader Role:
- Social Housing Experience
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Carpentry or Plumbing
- Experience with fitting vinyl flooring and fitting tiles
