The ideal candidate will lead on all marketing and public relations activities, enhancing the profile of the Trust and its entities locally, regionally, and nationally, creating a strong brand identity. Day to Day of the role: Develop and implement marketing strategy, identifying key marketing campaigns and activities. Manage all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities, liaising with internal and external parties. Work with the Executive Team to ensure enrolment targets are met. Develop effective press and media relations, maintaining relationships with journalists. Ensure consistent branding across all marketing communications. Manage the marketing budget and deliver all activities within it. Conduct market research to inform strategy and understand competitor positioning. Develop online presence through social media. Manage opportunities for publicity, including coordinating photoshoots. Design and produce marketing materials and corporate literature. Oversee the upkeep of websites with regular updates. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing strategies and activities. Participate in the planning and delivery of student recruitment events. Required Skills & Qualifications: Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent marketing experience. Professional marketing qualification. Experience in electronic communication and social media. Skilled in designing/producing marketing materials across various media. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proficient in data analysis and report production. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of IT proficiency, including familiarity with Photoshop/InDesign (desirable). Flexible approach to working hours and a sense of humour. As Marketing Executive you will work alongside the International Marketing Manager to develop and drive the demand generation strategy and digital marketing campaigns. This is a varied role with involvement in content creation, campaign management and admin support. Description Responsibilities include: Content and Campaign Coordination - work with external agencies to execute content and campaigns tailored to target audiences. Develop campaign briefs with measurable KPIs Email Marketing Management - refine email strategies and create effective email campaigns Content Creation - work with agencies to develop content across various channels, including social media, blogs and SEO LinkedIn campaign - develop and execute campaigns for LinkedIn channel, and specifically tailor content Reporting - monitor and analyse marketing data including website traffic, social media engagement and email open rates Admin support - handle marketing admin related tasks Profile To be successful you will have: Demonstrable experience in a marketing role Proficiency in marketing software and social media / CRM platforms Strong analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams, including sales and brand Job Offer Day rate between £150 - £200, depending on experience 6 month contract, with immediate start Hybrid working, 2/3 days a week in the London office
