A fabulous opportunity based in South Manchester to inherit a 'HOT' branch performing presently at £10k pw GP.
Operating mainly within Industrial and driving temp recruitment solutions you MUST already work in a similar environment, know all processes and demonstrate relevant experience within your career to date.
With a team of four consultants to manage, you will lead by example, providing a hands-on, flexible, and positive management style to keep everyone motivated and allowing them to enjoy a mutually friendly environment.
Come and join us as a Driver and Branch Sales Assistant on a flexible hours basis to help us grow, deliver sales and exceed customer expectations.
You will be contracted to 16 hours a week, but you will be flexible to work a weekly pattern of up to 37.5 hours a week to cover peak trading hours, holidays and meet business needs
The role
As a Driver and Branch Sales Assistant, you'll be committed to delivering an outstanding level of service, and you'll be professional, driven and enthusiastic.

This role requires a special someone - ideally a proven Branch Manager from the world of the builders merchants, timber merchants or perhaps specialist distributors of building materials / construction supplies within the construction supply sector.
Our client is a well-respected distributor of construction supplies / building products supplying building materials into the construction sector.
The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch including driving sales, managing and developing staff, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator with excellent organisational skills, capable of multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires a strong leader with proven management experience and a track record of meeting sales targets.
As an Assistant Branch Manager you will support and oversee one of our branches for the region, ensuring performance is sustained at its current level and optimised for continuous growth.
