The Bookkeeper will play a crucial role in managing the financial records and transactions for clients.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial transactions and records, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger entries, payroll, and financial statements.
Lettings Accounts Administrator responsibilities include reviewing and reconciling accounts, processing payments to external partners and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts.
We are looking for a Lettings Accounts Administrator to manage client accounts payable and receivable.
You will oversee client accounting daily operations.

The right candidate will ideally have worked in a small business and be used to a hands on working environment and be happy to be flexible to the nature of their day to day duties.
The role will be 5 days in the office, 9 -5.30pm and offers free parking, lunch and benefits.
As the ACCOUNTS MANAGER/BOOKKEEPER , you will be responsible for managing the bookkeeping function and as it is a small firm, you may also assist in general administration and hold responsibility for ordering the company stationary, etc.
ARE YOU AN EXPERIENCED BOOKKEEPER/ACCOUNTS MANAGER
This is a standalone role, however accounts will be completed by accountants quarterly and therefore you must keep on top of invoices and self employed workers payments in order to hand over ready files.
