Great opportunity for German speaking PA! We are looking for a German speaking Personal Assistant to the Managing Director to join an international bank located near Liverpool Street in London. This is 3-4 months temporary assignment with the opportunity to become a permanent in the future. Your responsibilities will include: Diary management, travel arrangements and event coordination Liaising with suppliers/contractors, clients and board members Invoicing monthly expenses and liaising with accounts department General administration and office management About you: The ideal candidate will responsible and well-presented with previous experience dealing with high-profile clients and working in Administration in a corporate environment. Banking sector preferable but not mandatory. Must have the right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship on offer). Profile: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both German and English. Previous experience in administration as a Secretary, Personal Assistant, Team Assistant, Executive Assistant or similar role. Excellent administration and organisational skills. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office. Strong interpersonal skills and a good understanding of client relationship management.
