Our client, a leading distributor, is seeking a Graduate Bid Coordinator to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate with a degree in English Literature or a related field, who has a talent for persuasive writing and a keen interest in bid coordination.
As Bid Manager you will have full responsibility for ensuring all pre-qualification documents, tender responses, RFP's, presentations and company information is developed, produced and submitted in an informative and professional manner.
We are currently looking for an experienced Bid Manager for our client based in North London, who specialises in office design and relocation.
Reporting to the Head of Sales UK, you will focus on bid submissions and presentations that are prepared for both internal and external use, for both new and existing clients.

Responsibilities of the Bid Manager
Reporting to the Commercial Manager and working alongside the Bid Administrator you will manage the commercial tendering process ensuring timely visibility of all opportunities, lead on, write and project manage bids and proposals from beginning to end.
