Manage the roadmap of change requests and initiatives in the JSS and Digital Marketing area
Work with our BPOs, key users and the technical teams in IT to produce clear and well documented business requirements, process and data flow diagrams and key user guides.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will work as one of our Business Analysts in various business projects and initiatives, as well as support the management of projects and change requests (CRs) submitted by our business stake-holders.
This home-based position has plenty of potential for someone to move into software implementation, project management, development or account management and you will work with Sage 200 on-premise and in the cloud as well as NetSuite ERP.
They would like someone with a couple of years experience working in Application Support and at least 12 months' experience with the Sage 200 product.
The job can be fully remote from home; the salary on offer is up to £45k plus benefits.
