Application Support Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming support calls from customers, offering assistance and resolving issues.
  • Monitor and respond to support tickets within the agreed SLAs.
  • Analyse, diagnose, and resolve technical issues; escalate to the development team when necessary.
  • Manage and track support issues using Jira until resolution.
  • Install and customize applications for new clients.
  • Conduct training sessions to onboard new users.
  • Test bug fixes provided by the development team before delivering to customers.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Passion for excellence and a strong interest in emerging technologies.

  • Enthusiastic, hands-on learner who picks up new skills quickly.

  • Familiarity and experience with:

  • SQL

  • Windows OS

  • Databases

  • Web servers

  • Remote access tools

  • Experience with Jira (preferred but not required).

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable in an agile, fast-paced environment.

You must possess excellent communciation skills couple with a driving licence.
