General
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to identify and capitalize on opportunities aimed at augmenting the company's insurance revenue.
The primary objective of this role is to uphold the operational excellence of the Private Client Delegated Authority Agreements (DAA), encompassing servicing, underwriting, and administration, executed promptly, professionally, and efficiently.

The Role
As a HR Manager, you will work closely with the heads of Finance and Administration, serving as the main point of contact for HR matters in UK operations.
Requirements: Previous admin experience within employee benefits, pensions or life & protection business
Role Snapshot: Daily administration of corporate client business, dealing with benefit scheme leavers/joiners, monthly pension submissions and payroll assessments
WFH: 2 days p/w WFH 3 days p/w office-based after training

Candidates will be responsible for providing a first class administration service to clients including executing the renewal process for health and group risk client schemes.
You will manage the day to day needs and demands of a client portfolio whilst helping maintain relationships with clients, providers and colleagues.
