Benefits Advisor

Posted by Frazer Jones.

Frazer Jones are delighted to be working with a well-respected global professional services firm who are well known for their outstanding employee experience and supportive culture.

We are helping them in their search for an enthusiastic Benefits Advisor to join them on a permanent basis to the Benefits Manager. This is a newly created role as a result of growth within the team and how busy they are expecting to be.

You will join them as a Benefits Advisor looking after international benefits, as part of the wider Global Reward team, but they are happy to look at candidates with only UK benefits experience looking to broaden their knowledge and expertise.

You will also have the opportunity to gain experience across the wider Reward function, including supporting the Compensation Manager and the Global Mobility function, so this is a really broad and interesting role - but with Benefits & Wellbeing at its heart.

Based in their stunning offices in the City, they have a flexible hybrid working policy that will see you in the office ideally three days per week.

Duties will include;

  • Working closely with the Benefits Manager to maintain the quality of their core benefits
  • Support with a wide variety of benefit and pension projects, including the implementation of new benefits, in the UK and across their global offices
  • Administration and process improvement of the automation of benefits enrolment
  • Supporting the annual benefit renewal from start to finish
  • Take ownership for the management of the Benefit portal, including annual enrolment window and month end processes
  • Supporting the wider Reward team, such as data analytics and ad hoc project support
  • Involvement with Global Mobility processes and projects.
  • Main point of contact for general benefits queries

Ideal candidates will have at least two years' experience in a Benefits role, hopefully working on International Benefits but just UK experience is fine too, hopefully gained in a professional services or financial services environment.

Alternatively, if you have 3 years+ experience in a broader HR role, but with a decent exposure to the Benefits side, and it's an area that you're keen to specialise in, then please do get in touch as they may consider you.

If you're interested in this role and would like more information please apply and contact John Bruce at Frazer Jones with any questions or to have a confidential discussion about your job search.
