Working as part of the Therapy Team you will provide guidance, active support, plans and coaching to the teams across division supporting individuals with behaviour that challenges and supporting individuals who are impacted by a learning disability, autism, acquired brain injury and/ or other mental health challenges.
Summary of Role
As Practitioner PBS, you have the overall responsibility for the delivery of effective PBS assessments and interventions, at both an individual and service level, within the adult and specialist services.
Within your remit, you are expected to ensure you deliver PBS interventions focused on excellent person centred care, where applicable evidence based clinical care, & ensuring that high quality service user outcomes are achieved.
