We are seeking a skilled property professional to oversee compliance and maintenance inspections of a residential property portfolio in and around Essex.
This is a full-time position based in Southend-on-Sea with travel around the local portfolio.
Knowledge of property maintenance, H&S regulations, and council licensing requirements.
General
The Property Compliance & Inspections Officer will be responsible for conducting property inspections across the portfolio to identify maintenance requirements, Health & Safety (H&S) compliance issues, ensure compliance with council license conditions, and other regulatory obligations.
The role provides essential support to the Works and Compliance Manager in ensuring that all properties meet the necessary legal and safety standards.
Once the successful candidate has completed their initial probationary period the roles will primarily be undertaken from home, you will be required to work 4/6 days each month from their Head Office which is located on the outskirts of Chelmsford or within a branch based around Essex.
