Working as part of a team across all college sites, the facilities technician will ensure all staff, students and visitors along with College buildings, valuables, resources and assets are safe and secure.
The role is responsible for the security, safety and general appearance of the College buildings and grounds, together with minor works maintenance and repairs, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality customer focused service as standard.
They will encourage and engage in an ethos of shared responsibility and respect, to enable the safeguarding and wellbeing of any user of the College.

Purpose of the Role
To provide onsite property management and lettings services to a build residential development comprising 488 apartments across two sites; primarily The Cargo Building Liverpool and its sistersite Pomona Wharf in Manchester
To ensure a high level of customer service is provided to residents at all times, all statutory H&S requirements are met and engage with residents to create a sense of community within the building.
