Barista/Waiter/Waitress
This is a zero hours contract, so you decide if full time or part time works for you and you manage your own shift pattern for extra flexibility!
We welcome candidates, situated in or surrounding the Wirral, Birkenhead and other towns within a close proximity.
£11.44 per hour
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Barista/Server.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Working within a small team to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
- Assist with day-to-day operations, including lockup, cash up and close down.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction at all times.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and cashbook and takings are recorded and up to date
- Upsell on store items and beverages
- Complete daily stock checks
- Communicate with store managers when stock is running low
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally within the hospitality industry (e.g., hotels, restaurants, events all welcome).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure during busy spells.
A genuine passion for delivering a great service and looking after your customers.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
