MILK Education is working with a Primary school in the Oldham ( 0L9 ) who are looking for a dedicated full-time Behaviour Buddy to work on a long-term basis starting as soon as possible and running until the end of July 2024.
Within this role you will be required to provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEND/SEMH across KS1, both academically and with personal development.
This role is working 5 x full days per week Monday to Friday 08:30 am- 16:00 pm.

General
To support the development of children and young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs, ensuring they receive tailored support to succeed academically and personally within the school environment.
You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) to implement individualised learning plans and strategies that cater to the unique needs of the child.
As a Reception class Teaching Assistant, your primary focus will be on providing one-on-one support to a pupil with Autism.
