First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Sous chef on behalf of one of our clients.

You will take on the responsibility along with the Head Chef of hiring, firing, shift management, the menu, growing the turnover, arranging and planning events and ultimately, the smooth operation of the business.
You will take full control of the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence.

To succeed, you'll need excellent communication skills, at least 2 years of catering experience, awareness of regulations, knowledge of therapeutic and textured diets, and a passion for delivering high-quality service.
Waiter / Runner with Porterage duties (live in available) required for our client, a restaurant and banqueting / wedding venue, located close to Tunbridge Wells.
As Waiter / Runner, you will assist the Waiting staff members and the Management, with carrying food and beverage trays to and from busy service times.
