Duties and responsibilities of the Credit Controller
Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure proper management of debts to maintain our good cashflow, evaluate credit status of debts, identify and manage risk and escalate when necessary, negotiate payment and payment plans with clients which fall within our firms policy.
