Attractive salary of £25 - £28 per hour Based in London with flexible hybrid working options Opportunity to work in a leading global financial services firm What you'll do: As an Expense Management Administrator within the Investment Banking Division, your primary responsibility will be auditing expenses and invoices, ensuring adherence to the firm's Travel and Expense Policy. You will also assist with processing central booking invoices, manage ad hoc projects, and complete necessary reports. Your role will require you to evaluate all requests with excellent judgement, work collaboratively with other departments, resolve queries professionally, and balance your workload effectively. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a leading financial services firm. Audit expenses submitted for reimbursement and invoices submitted for payment Assist with processing Uber Overtime central booking invoices Manage ad hoc Expense Management projects and complete reports Evaluate all requests, applying excellent judgement Work alongside relevant departments to ensure correct procedures are followed Resolve queries in a timely and professional manner by applying good judgement to existing policies Balance own workload and prioritise assignments What you bring: The ideal candidate for the Expense Management Administrator role within the Investment Banking Division will bring a flexible and committed approach to work.
