Here at Every Step Recruitment, Finance & Accountancy, we are supporting our Client with their requirement for a Purchase Ledger Supervisor. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Overseeing the Purchase Ledger function Ensuring all invoices are processed accurately and efficiently PO processing Supplier statement reconciliations Cashflow forecasting Bank reconciliations Improving and documenting processes and procedures Assisting with month end and adhoc reporting You will have the following skills and attributes: At least 3 years' recent experience working within a Senior Purchase Ledger capacity A proven ability to train, guide and mentor more junior team members Excellent attention to detail and levels of accuracy Ability to work to deadlines Strong communication skills - both written and verbal Excellent MS Excel skills (to include V-Lookups and Pivot Tables) If you would like to hear more about this Purchase Ledger Supervisor opportunity, then we would certainly welcome your contact!
