Here at Every Step Recruitment, Finance & Accountancy, we are supporting our Client with their requirement for a Purchase Ledger Supervisor.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the Purchase Ledger function
- Ensuring all invoices are processed accurately and efficiently
- PO processing
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Cashflow forecasting
- Bank reconciliations
- Improving and documenting processes and procedures
- Assisting with month end and adhoc reporting
You will have the following skills and attributes:
- At least 3 years' recent experience working within a Senior Purchase Ledger capacity
- A proven ability to train, guide and mentor more junior team members
- Excellent attention to detail and levels of accuracy
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- Excellent MS Excel skills (to include V-Lookups and Pivot Tables)
