Purchase Ledger Supervisor

Here at Every Step Recruitment, Finance & Accountancy, we are supporting our Client with their requirement for a Purchase Ledger Supervisor.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the Purchase Ledger function
  • Ensuring all invoices are processed accurately and efficiently
  • PO processing
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Cashflow forecasting
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Improving and documenting processes and procedures
  • Assisting with month end and adhoc reporting

You will have the following skills and attributes:

  • At least 3 years' recent experience working within a Senior Purchase Ledger capacity
  • A proven ability to train, guide and mentor more junior team members
  • Excellent attention to detail and levels of accuracy
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Excellent MS Excel skills (to include V-Lookups and Pivot Tables)
