Our client, a renowned manufacturing company based in Lancaster, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced ERP Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the success of a thriving organisation in a key administrative role. Responsibilities: Creation of daily reports for monitoring production and plan achievement. Running and typing up of meetings and notes from weekly critical path, initials, and cloth meetings. Creation of initial and repeat prep orders. Creation of prep orders for digital whitestocks. Administration and issuing of production cards. Keeping the planning system up to date with provisional initials, critical paths, critical path lates comments, and initial cloths, including issuing reports to gather this essential information. Monitoring critical path timings for initials, liaising with design and sales, and creating bespoke timings if required. Re-dating of orders on the inspection board. Monitoring reasons for not achieving plans. Providing support to Planner and management as required. Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as an ERP Administrator, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in using Datatec (or a similar ERP system). Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and report generation. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders. Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly Excel. Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
