Responsibilities Safely operate company vehicles and transport customer vehicles to the repair centre. Follow all transportation and safety regulations in the vehicle operation. Keep accurate logs of trips, vehicles transported, and hours on duty. Ensure vehicle interiors are clean and undamaged by transport. Handle any minor customer enquiries regarding transport time-lines professionally. Assist shop technicians with vehicle movement around the repair bays as needed. Maintain company vehicles in good operating condition, scheduling routine servicing. Help maintain the cleanliness of the showroom/offices and work areas during quieter periods between vehicle deliveries On-time arrival with vehicles for shop workload. Safe driving record with no accidents. Routine maintenance logs of company vehicles. Key to Key Performance. Number of comebacks per month. Quality Control. Team productivity. Personal productivity. Tanker Operative required to assist our drivers and service engineers on daily duties in our vacuum tankers with the view to acquire your HGV/LGV licence. Duties to include assisting on visits to domestic properties to empty cesspools and septic tanks, working on commercial premises and assisting our drain jetting crews and service engineers. Basic English and maths is required. Immediate start available on a 3 month trial period. Basic : 45 work hours per week. Overtime is also available and paid at x1.5 your normal hourly rate. Monday to Friday : 07.00am start - 16.00 finish 4 weeks paid holiday bank holidays. Uniform and all PPE is supplied. Standard driving licence required to start, with the opportunity to acquire your HGV/LGV Licence. Needs to be flexible and willing to learn our trade.
