The role will include weekend and bank holiday working but no evenings or split shifts.

There is no minimum number of hours you're required to work, though it is recommended to work as often as you can to ensure your induction knowledge and familiarity with the service is retained.

You will be an integral part of the housekeeping team at Thornford Park a service for adults detained under the Mental Health Act, where you will be responsible for cleaning all areas of the service, including wards, office spaces, bedrooms and visitors area.
Working closely with the maintenance team you'll ensure all areas of the service are spotless and be able to confidently deliver high standard cleaning services.
You'll help deliver an exciting, dynamic and high-quality visitor programme all year round.
Being a Visitor Experience Officer for the National Trust is all about people connecting with them, inspiring them, and making sure they have the best possible day when they come to visit.
There is an expectation to work a minimum of one weekend day a month, with additional days during busy seasons, such as school holidays.

About the Team and Role
As a Facilities Housekeeper, you will be a vital part of the team ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the estate for The Scouts Association (TSA).
You will be responsible for the general upkeep of the grounds.

As a Gardener, you will work 37.5 hours a week as you utilize your gardening and DIY skills as you take pride in creating and maintaining pruned bushes, a tidy lawn and colourful flower beds.
Come and join Thornford Park as a Part-Time Wellbeing and Welfare Champion, where you will be a friendly face to staff as you instil and maintain a positive working culture that has a strong emphasis on improving employee's wellbeing.
You will work 22.5 hours a week at Thornford Park in Thatcham where you'll be responsible for identifying the evolving needs of staff, which will see you provide resources, plan events and be a point of contact for those who may need further wellbeing assistance.
Liaising with the Regional Wellbeing Lead, you will deliver communications, initiatives and regular and themed wellbeing events, which you will have an allocated budget and stock, which you will need to manage.
