Conduct regular and effective coaching sessions and one-on-one meetings, focusing on performance management. Sales Manager Milton Keynes 40K basic 50K OTE We are looking for a sales manager to work for a leading leisure destination in Milton Keynes. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, setting sales targets, and developing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in a business that generates a turnover more than £6m per annum with high levels of online bookings, enquiries, repeat business and referrals. You will be leading and coaching your team of sales consultants to achieve their numbers across multiple sales lines that include both individual and corporate bookings, group bookings including school partnerships, exclusive hire and corporate events on both a membership and pay as you go basis. Responsibilities include: Conduct outreach and business development with the core user groups, securing both new and repeat business. Build and maintain excellent relationships with customers and suppliers, identifying new business opportunities Focus on sales conversion - structure sales activity for the team daily and weekly to ensure achievement of targets. Look at the programming and yield across the venue, maximising opportunities for revenue generation. Deliver the annual marketing strategy working closely with the venue management team and marketing. Identify and propose incentive mechanics to support the sales team in exceeding their targets. Can develop and secure sponsorship partnerships for the venue.
