As Marketing Manager, you'll play an important role in shaping and executing the growth strategy of the business. Aided by your Marketing Assistant, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing compelling campaigns across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with business goals
- Manage and oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, content creation, branding, website management and lead generation
- Analyse marketing data and utilise insights to optimise campaigns and measure ROI
- Lead, manage and grow your team
- Manage all aspects of the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and ROI
- Stay ahead of industry trends and identify new marketing opportunities for the business
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure a cohesive brand experience
Skills and Experience
With your strong Marketing background, you can demonstrate your ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns in a B2B environment. You will also bring with you:
- A strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC, social media and email marketing
- Experience with using WordPress for web content management
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills
- Experience with marketing analytics tools
- A collaborative and results-oriented approach
- The ability to lead and inspire a team
The role will involve some visits to supplier sites, so you must be able to travel.
