Customer Support Advisor Job Type: Full-time Location: Spalding but Peterborough from September. 24,000 Per Annum. We're looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team and help deliver an exceptional customer experience. Day to Day of the Role: Handle inbound queries via phone, email, Live Chat, SMS, and Social Media, building rapport and delivering personalised service. Make outbound contact to customers to fully understand their needs and identify additional requirements. Maintain our customer management system with accurate notes and tasks. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, including technical problems. Organise and book installation appointments and service visits, ensuring efficient travel routes for field engineers. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our services by providing feedback and sharing best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: Exceptional customer-focused written and verbal communication skills. Confidence in learning and navigating internal systems, as well as understanding technical product details. Ability to adapt communication style to suit each customer, making technical information easily understandable. Commitment to achieving the right outcome for the customer on the first contact. Awareness of the importance of accurate record-keeping and action planning. Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
