Some of your duties will include
Managing incoming telephone calls, establishing requirements and preparing job sheets.
Providing a high level of service to customers requiring sales, maintenance or repair support.
Assisting in the office with a wide range of administration tasks.
Answering incoming telephone calls and dealing with general enquiries.
