This Company who provides a complete and efficient service to customers based throughout the UK are currently in need of a professional Service Administrator with excellent people skills to join their busy team.
Some of your duties will include:
- Providing a high level of service to customers requiring sales, maintenance or repair support
- Managing incoming telephone calls, establishing requirements and preparing job sheets
- Co-ordinating a team of field based Engineers and allocating jobs to be completed on a daily basis
- Tracking jobs being completed from instigation point through to successful completion
- Costing work that has been completed, raising client invoices and recording payments received
- Investigating any service issues that occur and ensuring all issues are resolved in a timely manner
