Assure Personnel are working with a fantastic client based near Halstead, they are seeking an Office Administrator on a permanent basis to support the sales team with all administration.
Duties
Loading enquiries onto a bespoke system.
To monitor and control any incoming emails to the sales departments.
Able to support meetings, workshops, and communications including scheduling, booking, preparing agendas, minuting, capturing & tracking actions within agreed time-scales.
General
Chelmsford - Remote working with the occasional visit to the office for meetings
