Due to significant funding I am urgently recruiting an experience Business Analyst to support in a significant change in this community based charity Working within the Data Team to provide useful information and insight to the help each region to further develop and measure progress. The work will involve creating and aligning master datasets, developing information dashboards, and identifying areas in need of further research / discussion. Main Responsibilities Analyse the business processes in each department of the business to determine the current data processes and the data interactions that take place in achieving their objectives. Create and maintain a Data Map of all data objects held and processed in the Offices with corresponding responsibilities and dependencies. Identify opportunities for efficiency and accuracy improvements with the current business processes by integrating the data into the Management System and develop proposals for the development of system functionality. Lead on providing data to plan and deliver a forward plan for each of the three areas. Develop fresh insights through analysis of quantitative and qualitative data from within the charity and from external sources. Work with colleagues to use the analysis to help frame questions for discussion and to inform decision making through the organisation. The ideal candidate will be Highly numerate and logical methodical in approach to work. Familiarity with a variety of ways of presenting complex data with clarity. Managing and organising a range of data sets from multiple sources to enable analysis, presentation, and the identification of synergies. An enquiring mind and a forensic approach manipulating and mining data to create insights and information and to frame the questions that matter. Ability to interpret data through an understanding of the real world. Strong communication skills with a creative approach and the ability to deliver insights in clear and accessible written, verbal and visual media. Are you a good communicator, able to manage relationships with various audiences? If so, then this could be an excellent opportunity for you! We're looking for a Change Analyst to join our team. We're responsible for the facilitation and governance of the Change Management process across various projects within Clarion. You'll need to be able to work on your own initiative as well as collaboratively. You'll work closely with the project team to identify appropriate change management strategies, communication and training plans to ensure successful acceptance and adoption of change. As the key point of contact for the business areas impacted, you'll engage with stakeholders to ensure that they understand both the impact on their teams and how to best support them. You'll be involved in conducting Change Impact Assessments, delivering presentations and training sessions to user groups within the business and supporting the implementation and embedding of change. Taking the lead on transition management you'll ensure that the business is ready to receive the change by preparing affected business areas for the transition to new ways of working. With experience of delivering workshops and focus groups, you'll identify, define and track the training needs required for given projects, while working with Clarion's Training Team to ensure satisfactory delivery of any training requirements.
