Venn Group are working with one of London's leading social housing providers, who are looking to recruit a Rewards and Recognition Business Partner to start as soon as possible.
A) The post holder will provide strategic leadership in the management of an effective and highly professional team (either Corporate & Investigations or Social Care & Schools) within HR Advisory Services to deliver customer-focussed HR services, to support delivery of directorate and school and wider Council aims and objectives.
Hybrid working is available after the first 2 weeks but candidate must be flexible as will be required to attend schools as and when required.
Reed HR are working with a growing technology company who are seeking an experienced HR Analyst to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis to support on a transition period as they implement a new HR system.
Management of our day-to-day analytics required around pay and benefits set up and maintenance of our benchmarking data, car allocations and benefits.
Support the delivery of the annual pay award management of the process, data sets and driving deadlines.
