Regional HR Manager Hospitality Sector (3-4 month contract)

Location: South East England

Salary: Up to £65,000

Opportunity Highlights:

  • Support team leaders to effectively manage and develop their teams
  • Business Partnering across multiple sites around Kent, Surrey & Sussex
  • Develop Managers and Heads of Department improving their people management capability through effective training, coaching and guidance
  • Within this role you will have the opportunity to work within a wider Human Resources function including Training and Development and Talent Acquisition.

We Seek:

1. Demonstrable experience within a Senior HRBP/HR Management level role

2. Hospitality or Retail background is essential

3. CIPD level 5 qualified

4. Strong working knowledge of employment legislation

5. Experience of coaching and developing line managers

6. Full UK driving license and access to a car
