The Role
As a Branch Manager, you will be a natural leader with excellent communication and organisation skills, enabling you to motivate and develop your team.
You will identify and capitalise on every sales opportunity, inspiring your customers with the perfect solutions for their requirements.
If you have the desire to please, greet, help and build rapport with customers both face to face and over the phone whilst using customer relationships to increase sales, then this is the perfect role for you!
The purpose of the role is to develop sales and maximise branch profitability at our client's showrooms, trade counters and over the phone.
You are required to provide an exceptional customer service to support & follow the company's strategy.
Reed Education are working in partnership with a Primary School who are looking to appoint a learning mentor, to work on a one-to-one basis with one of their pupils.
The successful candidate doesn't necessarily need experience, however, has the resilience and confidence to support a child who may try and push the boundaries.
The requirement would be on a full-time basis, term-time only, starting in September 2024.
