Our client is a leading commercial lending firm seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their team and help expand their client base. This role is pivotal in establishing the foundation for long-term client satisfaction and success. Engaging with existing and new Commercial Finance, Business, Investment and Development Finance Brokers throughout the UK. Educating and guiding introductory contacts and clients about products, services, and offers to secure long-term relationships. Managing your own diary and task lists to maximize potential new business and positive introducer and broker relationships. Handling the end-to-end service, including the generation, release, and return of contractual documents in a timely manner. Role Specifications: Converting leads to successfully signed contracts. Delivering exceptional service to prospective new clients and developing long-lasting business relationships. Representing the company at industry events and meetings as required. Maintaining key lead generation and referral processes, managing assigned brokers in line with the Broker strategy.
