Business Development, Business Partner - Commercial Real Estate firm.

I am working with a leading commercial real estate firm who is looking for an experienced Business Development professional to join their team.

This a senior role within the business, you'll be responsible for delivering client accounts, tracking competitor trends, and maintaining strong client relationships. Collaborating across the firm, you'll help implement client-focused business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain client engagement stratergy
  • Support Gold, Silver, and Bronze client treatment-- including varying levels of client research, client packs, relationship mapping, competitor analysis and pipeline activity.
  • Co-create business plans and schedules with Advisory leadership.
  • Foster collaboration, client focus, and innovative thinking.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Client Strategy teams.
  • Deliver bespoke client requirements and contribute to firm-wide programs.
  • Ensure BD activities positively impact revenue and profitability.
