This role will be an exciting opportunity to join our brand new Magnet concession store, helping to expand Magnet's trade growth.
With more than 100 years' experience behind us, joining Magnet means joining one of the UK's biggest and best known kitchen brands and is part of the wider Nobia group.
Applications are now invited from Trainees who are looking to enter the Estate Agency industry and become an Estate Agent however, you will need to have a strong sales background in for example car sales, mobile telephone sales or membership sales and you will need to drive and have your own car.
Thereafter, you will be offered a basic salary of up to £16,000 (please note working in a sales role where you receive commission it is impossible to ever just earn your basic salary) with very realistic on target earnings of £30,000 in year 1 and rising in year 2 plus 40p per mile petrol allowance for business miles.
You will receive an initial 6 month guaranteed salary of between £22,000 and £25,000 (pro-rata and very much dependent on the individual candidate) whilst you are building your sales pipeline (commission) so for the first 6 months of your employment you cannot earn less than this.
