About the Role: We seek a dynamic Field Marketing Manager adept at developing and managing field based demand generation campaigns to build awareness, build pipeline and accelerate opportunities to achieve ACV. This role, reporting to the head of UKI Adaptive Planning Marketing, is supporting the growth targets for a crucial market/customer segment in the organisation UK & Ireland. This person will champion a data insight approach and ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns in the UK&I. This role requires a high-level of hands-on execution, collaborating with local, EMEA cross-functional marketing teams, as well as Sales and Go-To-Market (GTM) stakeholders for optimal success. You will Use data insights to inform decision-making and execute high quality campaigns and events for a market segment aligned closely with the overall marketing and business objectives for the UK & Ireland. Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, encompassing but not exclusively events, digital, outbound sales, and social. Seamlessly deliver marketing initiatives, executed within budget, logistics, timelines & vendor management Track and report on performance of the marketing activities against KPI's and ROI to maximise impact, engagement and future planning Collaborate with the partner and channel ecosystem, creating co-marketing programmes Collaborate closely with the organisations UK&I sales leaders and GTM teams e.g. pre-sales, partners, Customer success. As well as EMEA and Global Marketing e.g. Digital, Campaigns, Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, ABM to integrate and execute high performing, compelling and relevant marketing programs Be responsible for communications with sales team on Marketing activity Proactively bring new ideas and improved processes to the team for consideration. This is a hybrid role, so you will split your time between home office and the clients offices in central London. On-site you will be able to access their amazing facilities and quirky working spaces. Job description: As a growth marketer, this role will drive retention initiatives to improve customer lifecycle through experience. You will conceptualize, execute and automate marketing campaigns through various stages of the customer journey and lead experimentation across Audible apps and website. This position is open through a contract role for 9 months and will report to the Director, Retention. Responsibilities include: Campaign Strategy: Develop comprehensive retention marketing strategies tailored to different user segments, focusing on increasing app engagement and reducing churn rates. These will include (but not be limited to) tests that strengthen the value proposition, educate about product and champion differentiated content. A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different retention tactics, iterating on campaigns based on performance data to continuously improve results. Lifecycle Marketing: Develop and implement lifecycle marketing campaigns to guide users through key stages of their app journey, from onboarding to retention and reactivation. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product teams to implement features and functionalities that enhance user engagement and satisfaction, providing valuable insights and feedback based on customer data. Retention Metrics Tracking: Monitor and report on key retention metrics such as retention rate, churn rate, and customer lifetime value, providing regular updates to stakeholders on campaign performance and impact. Customer Feedback Analysis: Gather and analyze customer feedback and sentiment data to gain insights into user preferences and pain points, leveraging these insights to inform retention strategies and product improvements. Develop a strong understanding of how customers interact with the product and the underlying reasons why they love or leave the service. Qualifications: 3 years' experience developing and launching email, on-site and app marketing campaigns Strong testing and experimentation acumen: exhibit strategic and analytical skills, including the ability to understand data and gain key insights to drive the business Strong project management, organization, and prioritization skills Prior experience working in a cross functional setup that spans product, tech, QA, program and international teams Excellent verbal and written communication skills Preference to prior retention marketing experience
