The successful candidate will support the Office Manager and work closely with the Senior Management Team.
This role involves conducting office administration and generating reliable, transparent, and timely administrative and financial information as required.
As HR Assistant you are responsible for all the core administrative activities associated with recruitment, induction, contract creation, employee communications, pensions and benefit generation/renewal.
Maintain and monitor absence records, highlighting frequent absences or incident that merit further action.
