About you: You have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst/ Senior Business Analyst and have experience of working in a project or business change environment in a fast-paced, complex setting. You hold a business analysis qualification. You're able to quickly understand & evaluate business requirements and translate into logical and thorough process maps, requirements documentation, stakeholder mapping and business cases. You have demonstrable experience of delivering change on multiple complex projects. You have excellent communication skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. A specialism in managing change in transactional finance operations, claims management or roadside recovery would be advantageous. Experience in resource management & supporting team members in their development is desirable.
