Our client, one of UK's largest independent legal marketing collectives are growing rapidly and are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team to help them identify new opportunities and drive their growth. They are looking for someone who has previously worked in legal services and has a proven track record of delivering continual growth within a B2B sales role. You will be required to work with a range of law firms and corporate organisations across the country, building relationships with new and existing clients. With a focus on building new relationships, you will be a strong communicator who is professional, confident and not afraid of hard work. The responsibilities of the Business Development Manager: Manage, structure, control and communicate your own workload to ensure the successful delivery of Department strategic plan. Working closely with other members of the Business Development Team and maintaining relationships with all firms, partners, stakeholders and colleagues. This will include identifying and recognising your own development needs with your line manager. Identifying new leads from current and potential new income streams to generate profitable sales. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape initiatives that align with market demands. Able to demonstrate a credible track record of delivering continual growth within a B2B sales role. Experience of key account management, specifically identifying, building and maintaining relationships within a customer focused professional services environment. Experience of generating own B2B leads and Strong sales skills with the ability to effectively convert a high percentage of leads. Ability to work to and meet set targets both independently and as part of a sales team. Excellent organisational and communication skills and is able to develop professional long-lasting relationships with clients. Can work autonomously and structure your own day.
