What is the day-to-day of the role: Investigate, analyse, and document existing business processes to provide valuable insights. Identify opportunities for efficiency and transformation through process review and collaboration with subject matter experts. Produce business process diagrams and documentation, including technical requirements and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with business areas to ensure specifications meet customer needs and statutory requirements. Work within delivery teams to produce analysis outputs required for robust business cases. Facilitate the safe handover of analysis to project delivery teams for implementation. Enhance data provision and insights to support future business intelligence and continuous improvement efforts. Required Skills and Qualifications Degree level education. Recognised qualification in Business Analysis. Proficiency in mapping business processes using tools like Miro and Microsoft Visio. Experience in business process improvement, including benefits assessment and measurement. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly. Independent worker and effective team player. Active listener with attention to detail. Mentoring and knowledge-sharing capabilities. ICT skills with understanding of requirements documentation. Negotiation and influencing skills. Strategic focus aligned with organisational goals. Experience in data analysis and visualisation tools like PowerBI.
