You will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of the business operations, including sales, finance, processing, reporting, and general administration.
Main Duties
Managing sales orders, coordinating with sales teams, and ensuring efficient order processing and fulfilment.
Now looking to recruit a Business Administrator, support to the Operations team, the team consists of 6 managers, three cost centres and many employees / sub-contractors.
I am currently working exclusively with a highly successful and established business, who have been supporting their clients for over 40 years throughout their project lifestyles.
The role works closely with the finance department to meet month end deadlines.
We are looking to add an experienced Business Administrator to join our friendly and bubbly team.
This will be a busy and varied role where no two days will ever be the same, you must be able to manage ever changing priorities in order to meet deadlines.
Duties will include
Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters.
