Your new company Hays are recruiting for a permanent business administrator. This role is based in Salford, Manchester. Your new role You will be responsible for full administrative support to the wider business, you will answer calls, take messages, open and distribute post, book couriers, print dispatch labels, meet and greet visitors, raise PO numbers, book in equipment hire and raise orders via the system. Raise delivery notes, book in deliveries and sales orders, scanning, filing, order stationery, book travel and any other duties required. What you'll need to succeed You will have some previous administration experience, you will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, you will be comfortable with various software packages. You will live locally to Salford, Manchester or have access to a vehicle to get to the office. This is a fully office-based role from Monday-Friday.
