We have a new and exciting opportunity for Business Centre Manager, to run a serviced office business centre at an amazing location in Battersea.
General
You will have overall responsibility for the sales and marketing of the serviced offices to promote and sell the vacant office space; working collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure the effective running of the business centre.
You will also take ownership to deliver a programme of seasonal events and activities to create a real buzz and community vibe for everyone working at the site.
The role of the Business Development Manager will be to prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising, or other means of generating interest.
Required by a leading UK wide office resources management company with headquarters in West London.
They must then plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company.
