Position: Static Supervising Building Services Engineer (potential for a management position)
We are looking for a Supervisor Level Building Services Engineer for a full time permanent position on a large static site in Milton Keynes
This Supervisor will be supporting the site manager and the on site engineers in relation to all of the building maintenance which will include Air Conditioning, Lighting, Alarm Checks, Water Testing, all electrical maintenance as well as on site general maintenance works
Previously worked as an Architectural Technologist or in a similar role.

Diagnostic testing of assembly parts returned from the Field Service Engineers, using test rigs to assess failure points.
Disassemble, clean and reassemble parts through Preventative Maintenance procedure to ensure parts are reassembled to a high, consistent quality.
General
With a technical background you will be working as part of a busy team to test and refurbish returned coffee machine assembly parts, assisting the warranty department in sending parts back to manufacturers in order to improve operational efficiency.
