We are looking to recruit an ambitious Senior Building Services Digital Technician to join our clients Birmingham Industry & Buildings team, to become an integral member of their skilled Mechanical & Electrical team and assist with a growing workload.
Project responsibility will be to prepare quality deliverables for all building services aspects of projects, which will include the development of coordinated 3D models and associated outputs.
You will be involved in a wide range of projects from industrial and commercial clients.

Carry out daily plant room checks whilst helping to maintain the company's electrical services and support the maintenance of mechanical plant services.
To ensure that all mandatory, systems, plant, and lighting checks are carried out and maintained to ensure uninterrupted service and prepare the building for opening to the public and our Licensing obligations.
To ensure all life safety of all electrical installations are maintained and kept in good working order, i.e., PA system, fire alarm, secondary lighting; and to carry out first-line response/repairs to these systems.
