Key Responsibilities
Supplier Management: Develop and rationalise the supplier base, ensuring that our partnerships are strategically aligned with our sourcing goals in the UK, Europe, and internationally.
Responsible for the output and delivery of the product pipeline team, to manage the team's workload ensuring that all requirements of trading are met, to prioritise work as needed on a daily and weekly basis to drive the budget requirements, delivering passengers in each product category to achieve all KPI's, working alongside the other functions within the product department including trading and the wider teams within the organisation.

This role will mainly focus on the spirits markets and will involve a mixture of new business and account management in the Southwest and therefore will require travel due to the nature of the role.
